We are hiring: HR Business Partner (HRBP) Night Shift

Please note

Are you a proactive and driven HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment?

Were looking for an HRBP who can manage a headcount of 500600 employees, is a smart communicator, and is eager to learn and grow within a large, dynamic HR team.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as a strategic partner to business leaders and employees.
Coordinate training handovers, share Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs) with new joiners, and provide updates to stakeholders.
Drive engagement, performance management, and employee relations.
Support HR operations, policy implementation, and compliance.
Handle employee grievances and ensure a positive work environment.
