Role & responsibilities

Consultant Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with placed consultants.
  • Act as the official representative of the company for all consultant engagement and coordination.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with consultants to understand how their assignments are progressing and address any concerns.
  • Maintain consistent communication via email and calls for engagement and support.
  • Send professional emails for birthdays, work anniversaries, and other important milestones to strengthen relationships.
  • Ensure consultants are aligned with client and company expectations throughout their assignment.
  • Escalate concerns, performance issues, or support requirements to internal stakeholders in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of consultant communication, feedback, and engagement status.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (HR, Staffing, Operations) as required for smooth consultant management.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-management abilities.
  • Professional email drafting and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to work independently during night shifts.
  • Good organizational and documentation skills.
  • Basic understanding of staffing/consulting lifecycle (preferred).
  • Proficiency in MS Office and email tools.
  • Comfortable to work in night shift

Preferred Experience

  • 1 - 3 years of experience in staffing coordination, consultant management, HR coordination, or a similar role.
  • Experience working with US staffing or night-shift operations is an added advantage.
