Job Description

1.Ensure good employee experience through proper joining formalities, onboarding, co-ordination with recruiting Partner, induction plan, Transfer protocol etc.
2. Support the HR BP in Pan India level communications and HR activities such as performance management, organizational changes, system updations etc.
3. Drive Training and Development, compliance, audits, plan and implement the training plan & co-ordinate training programs.
4. Prepare MIS, database for various HR reviews.
5. Support in Payroll activities, compliances, HR policies, rewards and audits.
6. Handling and managing confidential activities/documents. To keep all confidential HR documents and information safe and complete according to company policies. Systematic record keeping and documentation.
7. Be responsible for employee relations to be the bridge between the employer and the employees, establish healthy working atmosphere within the office.
8. Ensuring Employee Welfare through smooth functioning and proper administration of various employee-related facilities at the manufacturing sites as well as corporate office to the satisfaction of the employees.
9. Strong communication is needed and the role is expected to be a strong bridge between employees and management.
10. To match the organizational expectations and the employees expectations is not always easy.
11. To deal with people with different education and experience background, the incumbent should have good awareness on those differences, excellent communication and convincing skills, and enough patience in order to fulfill the job successfully. A high level of sensitivity is also required.

The Ideal Candidate:

Education - Full time MBA / PGDBM / MPM with specialization in HR from university affiliated Institutes or Tier 1 or 2 or top institutes.
Knowledge - Conversant with the latest HR trends and best practices; Local Labor laws; Knowledge of business management models and business and work processes.
Skills - Excellent communication and Inter-personal skills
Cross-cultural sensitivity
Conceptual thinking and analytical skills.
