Role Description

Responsibilities

• Design and develop custom business applications leveraging Power Platform components such as Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Pages.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable and efficient Power Platform solutions.
• Optimize existing Power Platform applications for performance, usability, and maintainability.
• Ensure seamless integration of Power Platform solutions with other enterprise systems and data sources.
• Stay updated with the latest features and best practices within the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance on Power Platform capabilities and limitations.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of development standards and practices.
• Lead the end-to-end development lifecycle of Power Platform projects, including design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and infrastructure teams, to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Power Apps, Power Automate workflows, and Power Pages implementations.
• Develop and maintain documentation related to solution design, configuration, and deployment processes.
• Mentor junior team members and provide knowledge sharing sessions on Power Platform technologies.
• Ensure compliance with organizational security policies and data governance standards within Power Platform solutions.
• Drive innovation by identifying opportunities to leverage Power Platform capabilities to improve business processes.
