Job Responsibilities
Support Fill in for Support issues on asneeded basis Overflow if there are too many issues
Act as the first line of support to our customers interfacing with customers product management and engineering in order to resolve issues
Deliver clear timely customer communications on issues product enhancements releases and other customerimpacting matters
Skills
Strong in Typescript Javascript and Cypress
Strong in scripting Any language Ideally Bash and Python
Strong understanding of Kubernetes and AWS
Less junior and more senior role
A Computer Science Engineering or related Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience
