Specialist - Software Engineering

We are currently seeking a Specialist with 5 to 7 years of experience in Microsoft Power Platform to design, develop and implement solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate and Power Pages.

Responsibilities:

- Design and develop custom business applications leveraging Power Platform components such as Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Pages.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable and efficient Power Platform solutions. - Optimize existing Power Platform applications for performance, usability, and maintainability. - Ensure seamless integration of Power Platform solutions with other enterprise systems and data sources. - Stay updated with the latest features and best practices within the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem. - Provide technical expertise and guidance on Power Platform capabilities and limitations. - Participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of development standards and practices. - Lead the end-to-end development lifecycle of Power Platform projects, including design, development, testing, and deployment. - Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and infrastructure teams, to deliver high-quality solutions. - Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Power Apps, Power Automate workflows, and Power Pages implementations. - Develop and maintain documentation related to solution design, configuration, and deployment processes. - Mentor junior team members and provide knowledge sharing sessions on Power Platform technologies. - Ensure compliance with organizational security policies and data governance standards within Power Platform solutions. - Drive innovation by identifying opportunities to leverage Power Platform capabilities to improve business processes.
