Job Title Performance Test Engineer 4 Years ExperienceLocationJob Type FulltimeExperience 4 to 6 yearsNotice PeriodWe are looking for a skilled Performance Test Engineer with 4 years of handson experience in JMeter scripting load testing and performance tuning The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of performance testing methodologies tools and best practicesKey ResponsibilitiesDesign develop and maintain JMeter performance test scripts based on business requirements and user scenariosConduct various types of performance testing Load Stress Soak and Spike testsAnalyze test results identify bottlenecks and provide recommendations for performance improvementsCollaborate with development DevOps and business teams to replicate and troubleshoot performance issuesGenerate detailed performance reports and present findings to stakeholdersWork with monitoring tools like Grafana New Relic Dynatrace etc to collect performance metricsContribute to the performance testing strategy and test planning

Required Skills

Minimum 4 years of handson experience with Apache JMeterStrong understanding of performance testing concepts and SDLCSTLCExperience in scripting complex performance test cases using JMeter functions correlation and parameterizationProficiency in analyzing serverside logs and system metrics to identify performance issuesExperience with CICD pipelines and integrating performance testing into DevOps processesWorking knowledge of HTTP REST APIs JSONXML and web protocolsFamiliarity with Performance Monitoring Tools eg Grafana Prometheus Dynatrace AppDynamicsStrong analytical and problemsolving skillsGood to HaveExperience with cloud environments AWS Azure GCPKnowledge of additional performance tools like LoadRunner Gatling or k6Experience in database performance testing and basic SQLISTQB or other testing certificationsEducational QualificationBachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field
