Title And Summary

Specialist, Product ManagementAs Specialist – Network Products, you will support initiatives for Mastercard’s Authorization Platform and Value Added Services, contributing to enhancements that strengthen our global payments network. This role focuses on assisting with analysis, solution development, and execution to ensure reliable transaction approvals and delivery of value-added services. You will collaborate with internal teams and regional partners to implement improvements and support go-to-market activities.

Responsibilities Include

Assist in gathering and analyzing data to identify network needs and opportunities
Support internal teams in reviewing technical documentation and understanding system functionality
Contribute to evaluating alternative solutions and preparing recommendations
Help develop clear presentations and visuals to communicate findings and proposals
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support implementation of approved enhancements
Participate in go-to-market activities, including customer engagement and rollout coordination
Maintain flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

All About You

Relevant work experience in payments, financial services, or technology
Understanding of payments or financial services
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong data analysis skills and experience
Effective communication and presentation skills
Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
Comfortable working in cross-functional teams and managing multiple tasks
Undergraduate degree required
