The Merchant ID Setup and Analysis Specialist will be a key player in Global Payment Operations team that will help grow analytics globally at ACT. The candidates will be responsible for the entire end-to-end Site Setup lifecycle. This will involve intaking requests to onboard Circle K sites with our processors so that credit cards can be accepted for payment at our sites and facilitating site setups with card issuers, managing data, and reporting out key metrics. About The Role This candidate will provide advanced analytics, drive process enhancements based off interpreting business trends, select the appropriate methodology for site setup, data cleaning, exploratory data analysis, model building, and creation of polished deliverables to continue enhancing this process. Roles & Responsibilities Analytics & Strategy Analyse large-scale structured data; develop deep-dive analyses Organize a large amount of data Develop process to enhance site setup process Operational Excellence Partner with Data Engineering to build, design, maintain, and automate dashboards and reporting Stakeholder Engagement Working collaboratively across multiple sets of stakeholders – Internal (Accounting, Retail Systems, D&A groups, etc) and external (Issuers, Brands, Processors, etc) Articulate work results to management and business teams while presenting the insights in easily and understandable Job Requirements Education Bachelor’s degree required, preferably with a background with history of data analysis Relevant Experience 2 plus year of work experience Project Management type experience Relevant working experience in a data analytics role End to End Program Management & Maintenance Behavioural Skills Proven experience in analytics Communication Excellence Independent worker Innovation and agility Knowledge Payment knowledge is preferred Enterprise reporting systems, relational (MySQL, Microsoft SQL Server etc.) Business intelligence & reporting (Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, etc.) Microsoft Office applications (MS Excel, etc.) Show more Show less
