Role Overview: You will be responsible for Compression Sales in the engineering industry. Your key responsibilities will include building and maintaining customer contacts, effective communication within the team, making go-no go decisions for bidding processes, negotiating with customers, and providing order closure support based on risk assessment. You will be involved in decision-making processes with finance, compliance, and senior management to manage risks effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Build and maintain customer contacts - Communicate effectively and work as a team player - Make go-no go decisions for bidding processes - Negotiate with customers and provide order closure support - Collaborate with finance, compliance, and senior management for risk management Qualification Required: - Graduate in Mechanical Engineering with specialization in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning - MBA in Sales and Marketing will be an added advantage - Minimum of 10+ years of experience in an engineering organization, preferably in customer/key account handling - Experience in Ammonia Refrigeration Company/equipment supply, particularly in the Food, Dairy, and Beverage industry is preferred - Professional experience of 10+ years in leading companies involved in Sales/Design/execution of low temp ammonia refrigeration/natural refrigerant-based systems for F&B, chemical, and O&G markets - Hands-on experience in Sales Design, site execution, and customer management for ammonia refrigeration systems/equipment - Proficiency in project management, technical and financial matters, as well as financial/taxation knowledge - Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Marathi languages - Good knowledge of IT tools for business operations - Strong team player About the Company: No additional details about the company are mentioned in the job description.
