The ideal candidate for this role is either a fresher or an individual with up to 1 year of experience in finance or lending operations. Strong communication skills in English and the local vernacular (Tamil preferred) are essential. As a Collections Agent, your responsibilities will include updating daily records and ensuring accurate maintenance of Excel/CRM entries. Proficiency in verbal communication in both English and Tamil is required, and knowledge of any additional South Indian language would be considered a plus. The ability to handle challenging conversations and negotiate confidently is crucial for this role. Familiarity with Excel, Google Sheets, or basic CRM tools is an advantage.
