Specialist Compression Sales

As a Compression Sales professional, you will be responsible for handling Compression Sales. Your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - Good customer contacts and information on main players in the industry. - Effective communication skills and willingness to work as a team player. - Making go-no-go decisions for the bidding process. - Providing customer negotiation and order closure support to the team based on the risk and value involved. - Making decisions with the involvement of finance, compliance, and senior management based on the degree of risk involved. To qualify for this role, you should have the following qualifications: - Graduation in Mechanical Engineering with a specialization in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning. - An MBA in Sales and Marketing would be an added advantage. - Around 10+ years of experience in an Engineering Organization, with a preference for experience in Customer/Key Account Handling. - Experience in an Ammonia Refrigeration Company/equipment supply, specifically in the Food, Dairy, and Beverage industry, would be preferable. - Professional experience of 10+ years in leading companies involved in Sales/Design/execution of low temp ammonia refrigeration/natural refrigerant-based systems for F&B, chemical/O&G markets. - Hands-on experience in Sales Design, site execution, and customer management for ammonia refrigeration systems/equipment. - Proficiency in project management for technical/financial matters and financial/taxation knowledge. - Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Marathi languages. - Good knowledge of IT tools for business operations. - A team player attitude.
