Job Purpose
We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Brand experience specialist with expertise in brand experiences, integrated marketing, and multi-channel campaign execution. The ideal candidate will bring 6+ years of brand management experience and a proven track record in experiential marketing, social media, PR, influencer collaborations, and event-led brand building. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, creativity, and exceptional execution capability.Key Responsibilities
- Brand Experience & Design Fairs
- Lead brand presence at design fairs, exhibitions, and industry events.
- Conceptualize and execute immersive brand experiences that elevate customer engagement.
- Oversee booth design, production, partnerships, and event storytelling.
- Ensure brand identity and messaging consistency across all touchpoints.
- Social Media & Digital Marketing
- Develop and manage the product’s social media strategy across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
- Plan and schedule content calendars aligned with brand campaigns and product timelines.
- Work with creative teams to develop high-quality digital content (videos, reels, graphics).
- Analyze channel performance and optimize for engagement, reach, and growth.
- Influencer & Creator Campaigns
- Identify, negotiate, and manage partnerships with influencers, creators, and design/lifestyle tastemakers.
- Develop influencer briefs, manage deliverables, and ensure alignment with brand guidelines.
- Track campaign outcomes, engagement, and ROI.
- PR & Communications
- Manage relationships with PR agencies, editors, and industry media.
- Oversee press releases, feature stories, interviews, and media kits.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all communications.
- Monitor coverage and evaluate the impact of PR activities.
- 360° Marketing Campaigns
- Lead integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns from concept to execution.
- Align messaging across digital, social, PR, events, retail, and offline channels.
- Coordinate with internal teams, agencies, and external partners to ensure unified brand presence.
- Bring fresh ideas and category insights to drive brand relevance and growth.
- Launch Event Conceptualisation & Execution
- Develop creative concepts for product launches, brand activations, industry showcases.
- Manage end-to-end event planning, including logistics, vendors, F&B, performances, budgets, and guest experience.
- Ensure exceptional quality in execution and post-event reporting.
- Oversee deliverables across agencies, creators, designers, and production partners.
- Maintain timelines, budgets, and project documentation.
- Ensure high-quality output and seamless execution across all channels.
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or communications.
- Experience in design, lifestyle, luxury, or consumer-facing brands preferred.
- Strong understanding of social media, influencer marketing, experiential events, and integrated campaigns.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and brand aesthetics.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
