Specialist - Automation-RPA

We are looking for a skilled

RPA Developer

to design, develop, test, and deploy Robotic Process Automation solutions that improve business efficiency and reduce manual effort. The role involves working closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to automate end-to-end processes.

Responsibilities

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
• 2–6 years of experience in RPA development
• Hands-on experience with at least one RPA tool:
• UiPath / Automation Anywhere / Blue Prism
• Strong knowledge of .NET / C# / VB / Python (tool-dependent)
• Experience with Orchestrator / Control Room
• Understanding of exception handling, queues, triggers, and logging
• Experience with databases, APIs, Excel, email automation, and web automation
• Familiarity with version control systems (Git, SVN)
• Good understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies
  

Qualifications

• RPA certification (UiPath / AA / Blue Prism)
• Experience with AI/ML, OCR, Document Understanding
• Exposure to Power Automate or other low-code tools
• Experience in banking, insurance, healthcare, or manufacturing domains
