Job Summary
We are looking for a passionate Automation Specialist to drive automation in manufacturing and testing environments. The role involves working across hardware, software, and sensor systems, and integrating collaborative robots (cobots) with AI/ML, vision, and control systems to automate complex and repetitive tasks.
What will you do?
  • Support design and integration of cobots for assembly line & test automation
  • Work on mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems including motors, drives, PLCs, controllers, and SMPS
  • Integrate sensor-based systems (pressure, temperature, flow, torque, accelerometers, etc.) for real-time process monitoring
  • Program and debug PLCs (Siemens, Allen Bradley, etc.) and HMI interfaces
  • Implement vision systems for detection, classification, and sorting
  • Contribute to development of control architecture and digital twins for performance tracking
  • Utilize edge computing and ML algorithms for on-the-edge decisions

What we are looking for?
  • A strong problem-solving mindset and eagerness to learn automation technologies
  • Hands-on project or internship experience in robotics or automation is preferred
  • Exposure to hardware systems including structures, panels, SMPS, motors, drives, PLCs, sensors, and communication ports.
  • Familiarity with software tools like LabVIEW, PLC programming, and HMI systems.
  • Understanding of sensor technologies and collaborative robot (cobot) applications including vision integration, AI/ML, control architecture, and digital twin
