Monitor, analyze, and improve key process parameters to achieve production targets. Conduct root cause analysis for process deviations and suggest corrective actions. Implement lean manufacturing and continuous improvement techniques (e.g., Kaizen, Six Sigma). Support new product/process introductions and technology transfers. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Quality, Maintenance, R&D, and Production. Maintain and update process documentation, SOPs, and technical reports. Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations. Provide technical support for equipment commissioning and process validation. Participate in audits and assist with compliance to industry standards
