✨ Key Responsibilities:

• Work with children with diverse learning needs, including developmental delays, ASD, ADHD, and learning disabilities.
• Design and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).
• Use structured teaching strategies to support academic, social, and emotional growth.
• Collaborate with therapists, psychologists, and parents to ensure holistic progress.
• Maintain progress reports and adapt teaching methods as needed.

🎓 Qualifications & Skills:

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Special Education (RCI certified).
• Strong understanding of inclusive education practices.
• Experience with children with special needs is preferred.
• Compassionate, patient, and excellent communication skills.
