Special Education Specialist

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Sagar for a Special Education Specialist. The primary responsibilities include providing specialized educational support for children with diverse learning needs, applying tailored strategies, and adapting lesson plans to meet individualized education goals. Additionally, the role involves working collaboratively with educators, parents, and other professionals to ensure an inclusive learning environment and effective communication regarding each child's progress.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Special Education and Applied Behavior Analysis to develop tailored learning approaches for students with diverse needs.
• Strong Communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders, including students, parents, and educators.
• Experience in working with children and a deep understanding of educational strategies.
• Relevant certifications or a degree in Special Education or a related field; a master’s degree or additional training in special needs education is a plus.
• Compassionate, patient, and adaptable with a passion for improving student outcomes.
