Role Description This is a full-time on-site role based in Coimbatore for a Special Education Specialist. The role involves working with children, assessing their educational and behavioral needs, implementing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) strategies, and creating tailored educational plans. Additionally, the Specialist will collaborate with families and educators to provide solutions for students with special education needs, focusing on fostering effective communication and promoting a positive learning environment. Qualifications Strong expertise in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and its practical application in educational settings Proficiency in communication strategies to effectively interact with students, parents, and fellow educators Comprehensive knowledge in education and special education, with the ability to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) Experience and passion for working with children, especially those with special education needs Patience, empathy, and a commitment to creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, Education, Psychology, or a related field Relevant certification in special education or behavior analysis is a plus
