Special Education Specialist

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position for a Special Education Specialist at our Neemrana location. The Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing individualized education plans for students with special needs. Day-to-day tasks include working closely with children, utilizing techniques such as Applied Behavior Analysis, conducting assessments, and supporting their communication and learning goals. Collaboration with other education professionals, parents, and caregivers to ensure the best outcomes for students is also a key aspect of this role.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Special Education methodologies and practical experience in Applied Behavior Analysis.
• Strong skills in Communication and the ability to work effectively with children.
• Understanding of Educational frameworks and techniques to adapt to diverse student needs.
• Patience, empathy, and passion for supporting the academic and personal growth of children with special needs.
• Bachelor’s degree in Special Education, Psychology, or a related field. A relevant certification is an advantage.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role is preferred.
