Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Special Education Specialist located in Lucknow. The specialist will work closely with children requiring special education by assessing their individual needs and creating tailored educational plans. They will use evidence-based practices, including applied behavior analysis, to support student development, collaborate with parents and guardians, and work closely with other educators to foster an inclusive learning environment. The role also involves monitoring and adjusting teaching strategies to ensure optimal learning outcomes. Qualifications Strong foundation in Applied Behavior Analysis and Special Education strategies Effective Communication skills, both with children and in collaboration with educators and parents Relevant experience in Education and Working With Children with special needs Patience, empathy, and problem-solving skills Formal training or degree in Special Education, Psychology, Education, or a related field Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial
