Special Education Specialist

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Special Education Specialist based in Bilaspur. The Specialist will provide tailored educational and behavioral support to children with special needs. Daily responsibilities include utilizing evidence-based techniques such as Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), developing individualized education plans, facilitating communication skills, and collaborating with educators and families. The role also includes assessing and monitoring progress to ensure the effectiveness of educational strategies and interventions.

Qualifications

• Knowledge and experience in Applied Behavior Analysis and Special Education methodologies
• Strong skills in Communication and the ability to collaborate effectively with families and educational teams
• Experience in Education and working specifically with children
• A compassionate and patient approach to supporting diverse learning needs
• Relevant certifications or degrees in Special Education, Psychology, or a related field are highly desirable
