Special Education Specialist

Role Overview: At THERAKids Noida, as a Special Education Specialist, your primary role will involve designing and implementing individualized education plans, providing support to children with developmental challenges, and collaborating closely with families and therapists to achieve developmental goals. You will be expected to utilize evidence-based practices like Applied Behavior Analysis, conduct instruction sessions, monitor progress, and create a nurturing, inclusive learning environment. Additionally, you will work in coordination with interdisciplinary teams to enhance therapeutic strategies.
