Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Special Educator located in Noida. The Special Educator will be responsible for providing specialized teaching to children with various developmental challenges. This role involves designing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs), conducting assessments, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. Daily tasks include preparing teaching materials, conducting classes, monitoring progress, and maintaining communication with parents and caregivers to support each child's development effectively.

Qualifications

• Experience in Special Education, Disabilities, and Teaching
• Skills in Communication and working with middle school aged children
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team
• Relevant certification or degree in Special Education or related field
• Experience with individualized education plans (IEPs) and developmental assessments
• Empathetic and patient approach to working with children and families
