1. Roles and Responsibilities: i. Counseling & Case Support Provide back-end support for one-on-one student counseling, including guidance on case formulation, goal setting, and intervention planning. Supervise complex student cases referred by on-ground psychologists, offering professional inputs and actionable strategies. Step in for direct counseling (virtually or telephonically) in situations of high-priority, crisis, or unavailability of field staff. Maintain documentation and uphold confidentiality and ethical standards in student-related cases. ii. Workshop & Group Intervention Design Plan and design age-appropriate, engaging modules for student group interventions that build emotional intelligence, empathy, and coping skills. Provide structured content and guidance for field psychologists conducting sessions with students, parents, and teachers. Integrate feedback and behavioural data to continuously improve workshop delivery and impact. iii. Monitoring Progress & Quality Assurance Regularly review case files, counseling records, observation notes, and session reports submitted by field psychologists. Ensure interventions are data-driven, measurable, and aligned with individual and school-level goals. Participate in internal review meetings to track student progress and ensure alignment with Mypeegu’s SEL framework. iv. Content Development & Resource Bank Creation Contribute to the development of SEL modules, intervention guides, and counseling toolkits customized to different age groups and contexts. Curate and maintain a centralized resource bank for field psychologists to support their daily interventions. Work in collaboration with curriculum designers, trainers, and mental health experts to ensure high-quality, evidence-based content. v. Team Support & Coordination Coordinate with deployed psychologists to ensure smooth scheduling, reporting, and follow-up procedures. Assist in resource allocation, team updates, and substitution planning as needed. Maintain clear communication with psychologists regarding documentation, session planning, and stakeholder engagement. vi. Stakeholder Communication & Relationship Management Liaise with school coordinators, administrators, and internal teams to facilitate smooth communication flow. Support in preparing progress summaries, documentation, and insights for school leaders and project heads. Ensure timely escalation of concerns and contribute to maintaining trust and transparency with partner schools.
