1. Roles and Responsibilities: i. Counseling & Case Support Provide back-end support for one-on-one student counseling, including guidance on case formulation, goal setting, and intervention planning. Supervise complex student cases referred by on-ground psychologists, offering professional inputs and actionable strategies. Step in for direct counseling (virtually or telephonically) in situations of high-priority, crisis, or unavailability of field staff. Maintain documentation and uphold confidentiality and ethical standards in student-related cases. ii. Workshop & Group Intervention Design Plan and design age-appropriate, engaging modules for student group interventions that build emotional intelligence, empathy, and coping skills. Provide structured content and guidance for field psychologists conducting sessions with students, parents, and teachers. Integrate feedback and behavioural data to continuously improve workshop delivery and impact. iii. Monitoring Progress & Quality Assurance Regularly review case files, counseling records, observation notes, and session reports submitted by field psychologists. Ensure interventions are data-driven, measurable, and aligned with individual and school-level goals. Participate in internal review meetings to track student progress and ensure alignment with Mypeegu’s SEL framework. iv. Content Development & Resource Bank Creation Contribute to the development of SEL modules, intervention guides, and counseling toolkits customized to different age groups and contexts.
