School Counsellor

• Develop a thorough understanding of MyPeegu’s processes, services, and protocols to deliver expert psychological services to partner schools, including counseling, workshops, assessments, and stakeholder engagement.
• Design, implement, and manage interventions for parents, teachers, and students to enhance psychological well-being and performance across school communities.
• Lead program creation, execution, and evaluation to ensure alignment with best practices and organizational objectives.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of services, supporting assessments and ensuring high standards.
• Mentor and supervise junior psychologists, interns, and coordinators to foster growth and enhance service delivery.
• Conduct and oversee psychological assessments, provide feedback, and ensure ethical standards are met.
• Organize professional development sessions and create resources such as workshops, presentations, and toolkits tailored to stakeholder needs.
• Contribute to research projects, publications, and innovative ideas to enhance MyPeegu’s influence and digital presence.

Reporting & Supervision:

• Reports to: Associate/Senior Associate Psychologist
• Supervises: Junior Psychologists, Interns, and Coordinators

Required Skills & Expertise:

• Strong knowledge of psychology and child development, with the ability to translate concepts into impactful interventions.
• Research expertise with experience in data analysis and methodology.
• Proven leadership and team supervision skills to ensure consistent service quality.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and design tools like Canva for presentations and reports.
• Effective crisis management and stakeholder relationship-building skills.
