The ideal candidate will hold an MBA in Human Resource Management, along with a background in Law (Preferred). This role is essential in managing the HR functions of the school, including recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and day-to-day HR operations, all while fostering a positive school culture. Key Responsibilities : Recruitment & Onboarding : Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for teaching and non-teaching staff.
