Job Description

Educational Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology / Counselling Psychology / Child Psychology / Social Work.
Additional certification or training in counselling, mental health, or child development preferred.

Experience

Minimum 1–3 years of experience working as a school counsellor, student mentor, psychologist, or in a related role.
Experience handling adolescent issues, career counselling, academic guidance, and emotional/behavioural support.

Skills & Competencies

Strong understanding of child and adolescent psychology.
Ability to provide individual and group counselling.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Empathy, patience, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
Ability to handle issues such as stress, peer pressure, bullying, emotional concerns, discipline, and academic problems.
Good record-keeping, reporting, and documentation skills.
Ability to collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,151.97 - ₹20,000.00 per month
