Job Description

  • Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels of spare parts.
  • Implement inventory control measures to reduce excess and obsolete stock.
  • Conduct regular stock audits and reconciliations.
  • Identify and source spare parts from reliable suppliers.
  • Negotiate pricing, lead times, and payment terms with vendors.
  • Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships.
  • Oversee the storage, handling, and distribution of spare parts.
  • Ensure proper warehousing practices and stock labeling.
  • Coordinate with logistics teams for timely part deliveries.
  • Supervise and train storekeepers and warehouse personnel.
  • Set performance goals and conduct regular evaluations.
  • Maintain accurate records using ERP or inventory management systems.
  • Generate reports on inventory status, usage trends, and procurement activities.
  • Analyze consumption data to forecast future spare parts requirements.
  • Support service teams by ensuring quick availability of required parts.
  • Assist in resolving issues related to spare part delays or unavailability.
  • Handle internal and external customer inquiries related to parts.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month
