Job Description

Job Title: Spare Parts Manager

Location: Kochi

Industry: Two-Wheeler Dealership / Automobile
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the spare parts department operations in the dealership.
Manage inventory – ordering, receiving, stocking, and issuing spare parts.
Maintain optimum stock levels to avoid shortage or overstocking.
Liaise with service department and workshop to ensure timely availability of parts.
Handle customer queries, sales of spare parts, and ensure excellent counter service.
Monitor fast-moving and slow-moving parts, prepare stock reports, and plan purchases accordingly.
Ensure proper billing, documentation, and adherence to company policies.
Coordinate with OEM (manufacturer) for warranty parts, returns, and claims.
Train and supervise parts staff in counter sales, inventory, and customer handling.
Achieve sales targets for spare parts and accessories.
Maintain cleanliness and systematic arrangement of the parts warehouse/store.
