We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Spa Executive to join our team at Club Mahindra. The ideal candidate will have 1-4 years of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a hotel or spa setting.

Roles and Responsibility

Provide exceptional customer service and ensure guest satisfaction.
Manage and coordinate spa services, including scheduling appointments and maintaining records.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to high standards of hygiene and safety.
Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote spa services.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent guest experiences.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in spa management.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a hotel or spa setting.
Strong knowledge of spa services, including massage, facials, and body treatments.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
Strong attention to detail, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
