Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Spa Therapist to join our team at MARRIOTT BONVOY, with 2-5 years of experience in the hospitality industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Provide exceptional spa therapy services to guests, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the spa area.
Develop and implement effective treatment plans tailored to individual guest needs.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
Stay updated on new spa therapies and techniques to enhance skills.
Participate in ongoing training and development programs to improve performance.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Spa Therapist in a reputable hotel or resort.
Strong knowledge of various spa therapies and treatments.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
High level of attention to detail and commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
