The role leads end-to-end land acquisition and management for renewable energy projects (Wind, Solar, Hybrid, Storage) across all southern states. The position requires creating and executing an annual land procurement plan aligned with business goals, securing land through freehold/lease/RTU, and managing relationships with land aggregators, government authorities, landowners, and local communities.
The leader will guide and supervise state land teams, resolve Land & RoW issues, ensure legal/regulatory compliance, and oversee documentation, registration, and dispute resolution. The role focuses on cost optimization, risk mitigation, government liaison, and ensuring encroachment-free land availability for timely project execution.
