We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager - Legal Liaison to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in legal and liaison roles, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and oversee all legal matters related to the company.
Develop and implement effective legal strategies to minimize risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Build and maintain relationships with external counsel, government agencies, and other stakeholders.
Provide legal advice and guidance on various matters, including contracts and agreements.
Conduct legal research and analysis to support business decisions.
Ensure timely completion of legal documents and filings.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of legal principles, practices, and procedures.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in legal software and systems.
Experience in managing and supervising legal staff.
A graduate or postgraduate degree in law is required.
