This is a full-time on-site role for a Sous Chef at Machan Resorts LLP, located in Mawal. The Sous Chef will assist the Executive Chef in daily kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and quality control. This role involves overseeing kitchen staff, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, managing inventory, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment. The Sous Chef will also contribute to the development of new recipes and cooking techniques to ensure a high standard of culinary excellence.
