Sourcing Specialist

As a Procurement and Cost Efficiency (PaCE) Sourcing Specialist at IHG Hotels & Resorts, your role revolves around managing day-to-day sourcing activities, stakeholder relationships, contract and supplier management, and data analysis to optimize procurement processes. Your key responsibilities include executing sourcing projects across various categories within specified timelines, managing SoW's, contract renewals, and amendments, responding promptly to stakeholder requests, and facilitating online events for supplier information, e-auctions, and online tendering. You will be responsible for analyzing tender returns, providing insights to simplify the review process for internal customers, developing and maintaining procurement documentation, performing quality checks on work, and offering suggestions for service improvement. To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent education and work experience. You must have 3-5 years of progressive experience in executing sourcing and procurement projects, understanding Category Management methodology, and demonstrating strong negotiation, influencing, and project management skills. Experience in analyzing RFP submissions, supporting supplier management, and working effectively in a matrixed team is essential.
