Sourcing Specialist

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Source profiles based on the provided Job Description (JD) and ensure all requested details, such as skills, experience, and qualifications, are captured in the skill matrix.
2. Conduct thorough duplicity checks to avoid duplicate submissions and maintain the integrity of the candidate database.
3. Share relevant and pre-screened profiles with respective leads for further evaluation, ensuring alignment with the JD, skill requirements & organization guidelines.
4. Upload screen-selected profiles into the ATS (ORC) against the relevant AR with complete and accurate information.
5. Coordinate and schedule interviews for screen-selected profiles, ensuring a seamless and professional experience for both the interview panel and the candidate.
6. Collect and consolidate Technical Assessment Forms (TAFs) or feedback forms from respective panels post-interview, ensuring timely follow-ups to avoid delays.
7. Maintain, update, and monitor all sourcing-related details in the tracker, capturing progress at each stage to ensure transparency, accuracy, and accountability.
8. Build and maintain a talent pipeline by proactively sourcing candidates for recurring or high-priority roles to reduce time-to-fill for future requirements.
9. Stay updated with the latest sourcing tools, techniques, and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and professional networks) to enhance sourcing efficiency.
10. Collaborate with Sourcing Leads to address challenges, receive feedback, and continuously improve the quality of profiles shared.
11. Ensure compliance with organizational policies, data privacy regulations, and ethical sourcing practices.
12. Provide regular updates on sourcing progress to the Sourcing Leads and contribute to weekly team reviews
