14-16 years in Sourcing activities preferably for Oil & Gas IndustryExposure and experience in Procurement/sourcing activitiesTeam Management, Stakeholder Management, Escalation Management, Performance review management Experience in Monitoring/Managing Supplier InformationExperience in managing Master data related to ProcurementEnd to end experience in Procure to Pay cycleExperience in RFx processTo support customers in Procurement activities and achieve accuracy and on time management of purchase orders for customer business.Experienced in driving transformation/automation projects for procurementCreate/PR and PO, reconcile purchase orders, Research Resolve order Exceptions, Supplier Identification process in JDE, SAP S4/ ERP and Ariba usage experienceBusiness Savings � Understanding the business, building and applying knowledge of company operations, financial performanceDeep expertise in Strategic planning and development, Supplier relationshipDecision making skill � Identify and understand problems and opportunities by gathering, analyzing and interpreting quantitative information.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and building metrics � Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to confidently present complex information to Sr. Management and Client presentation.Strong Project Management SkillStrong Analytical Skills.Root Cause AnalysisFlexible to work in shifts
