About the Role:

We’re seeking a Sourcing Merchandiser to manage supplier development, product costing, production planning, and end-to-end women’s apparel sourcing for a growing fashion brand. This is a high-ownership role collaborating closely with design, vendors, and production teams.

Key Responsibilities:

🧵 Supplier Identification & Onboarding

• Identify, evaluate, and onboard relevant suppliers and job workers for womenswear production.

• Negotiate best costings, payment terms, and lead times for monthly collection drops.

📐 Product Development & Costing

• Translate design concepts into tech packs and cost sheets.

• Manage product development to production lead times.

📦 Production Planning & Execution

• Plan production orders and track T&A calendars.

• Ensure on-time delivery from factories.

🤝 Cross-functional Coordination

• Liaise with designers, vendors, and internal teams to bridge design–production–sales seamlessly.

• Work closely with pattern makers, cutters, graders, and manufacturers.

🧠 Skills & Capabilities

• Strong communication and coordination skills.

• Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint.

• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and fast-moving timelines.

Requirements:

✅ Experience in women’s apparel sourcing & production

✅ Strong vendor management & negotiation skills

✅ Experience creating tech packs, cost sheets, T&A

✅ Ability to work across sampling → production → dispatch

✅ Excellent communication & follow-up discipline
