Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement effective purchasing strategies in alignment with company goals. Identify and build relationships with reliable suppliers and vendors (especially for fabrics, trims, and packaging materials). Negotiate terms, pricing, and timelines to secure the best deals without compromising quality. Coordinate with design, production, and merchandising teams to ensure accurate material requirements. Maintain vendor records, pricing databases, and contracts. Ensure compliance with legal, quality, and sustainability standards. Continuously assess vendor performance and explore new sourcing opportunities. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field. 4+ years of experience in procurement or purchasing, preferably in the fashion or garment industry.
