Sourcing Manager

As a Sales professional, you will be responsible for managing HNI Clients, luxury brands, and premium developers to increase Direct Sales at a site and meet sales targets. You will handle all direct and CP enquiries, provide feedback calls to customers, and update the walk-in report accordingly. Your negotiation skills will play a crucial role in closing deals, along with regular follow-ups with customers to ensure successful closures. Crafting effective sales strategies will be a key part of your role to ensure the execution of sales plans and targets. You will be required to manage the end-to-end booking process, including collecting the initial booking amount. Staying updated on the competition, their pricing, offers, and sales strategies will be essential to adapt and succeed in the market. To excel in this position, you should have a minimum of a Graduate degree, with an MBA being preferred. A solid background of 5-8 years in the Real Estate industry is required, along with excellent market knowledge. Understanding the product, pricing bands, area calculation, and technical aspects of building construction will be necessary. Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi, along with a customer-oriented approach and good interpersonal skills, are vital for success in this role.
