Sonam Group, well-known for developing ultra-luxury residences and delivering perfect construction, has established a strong reputation in Mira-Bhayandar. After the success of their project Indraprasth, the group has launched new projects: Indradhanush and Indraneel. These projects exemplify the group's commitment to quality and excellence.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sourcing Manager located in Mumbai. The Sourcing Manager will be responsible for identifying and sourcing quality materials, negotiating with suppliers, maintaining supplier relationships, and ensuring timely delivery of materials. The role will also involve analyzing market trends, managing budgets, and coordinating with the procurement and project teams to align sourcing activities with project requirements and organizational goals.

Qualifications

Proficient in supplier identification, negotiation, and relationship management
Experience in market trend analysis, budget management, and strategic sourcing
Strong organizational and project coordination skills
Knowledge of construction materials and industry standards
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
Relevant experience in the construction industry is a plus
