Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Procurement Strategy & Planning:

Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with project timelines and budgets.
Collaborate with project managers and engineering teams to understand project requirements and develop procurement plans

Vendor & Supplier Management:

Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers based on quality, cost, and delivery performance.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to secure favorable terms and conditions.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to ensure the availability of high-quality materials and services.

Procurement Process Management:

Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including RFQ preparation, bid evaluation, and purchase order issuance.
Monitor and track the progress of orders to ensure timely delivery and compliance with project timelines.
Resolve any issues related to procurement, such as delays, quality concerns, or discrepancies.

Reporting & Documentation:

Maintain accurate records of all procurement activities, including purchase orders, contracts, supplier communications, and delivery schedules.
Provide regular reports on procurement progress, issues, and cost savings to senior management.
Ensure that all procurement documentation is compliant with audit requirements and project specifications.
