Qualifications Education: Bachelors degree in engineering Master’s degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred. Experience: 12–14 years of procurement experience, with at least 10 years in CAPEX procurement. Proven track record in low-cost country sourcing Experience managing large-scale capital projects in manufacturing, industrial, or infrastructure sectors. Skills & Competencies: Strong knowledge of CAPEX categories (machinery, construction, engineering). Excellent negotiation and supplier development skills. Financial acumen: cost modeling, TCO, and investment analysis. Project management and stakeholder collaboration skills. Ability to manage global supplier relationships and cross-cultural interactions.
