The ideal candidate will build strong relationships, drive sales growth, and ensure customer satisfaction through high-quality product offerings and service.Key Responsibilities:Identify and prospect new customers within the automotive service industry.Promote and sell a wide range of garage equipment, consumables, paint etc.Conduct product demonstrations and offer technical expertise.Negotiate pricing and terms with customers, closing sales deals.Maintain and expand customer relationships through regular visits and follow-ups.Monitor market trends and competitor activity.Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.Provide after-sales support, ensuring customer satisfaction and product performance.Prepare and present sales reports to management.Key Skills & Qualifications:Proven experience in field sales, ideally in garage equipment or automotive consumables.Strong understanding of the automotive service industry and its needs.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Ability to build long-term customer relationships.Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a strong problem-solver.Technical knowledge of garage equipment and consumables is a plus.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.Valid drivers license and willingness to travel frequently.Strong organizational and time management skills.

Collaborate with suppliers to implement cost-effective and innovative solutions without compromising performance or safety.Supplier Relationship Management & NegotiationWork closely with the Quality and Engineering teams to ensure parts meet performance and safety standards, coordinating testing and validation processes before mass production.Project Management & Development TrackingDelivery & Packaging CoordinationOversee inspections and quality checks before mass production begins, ensuring parts meet the required specifications.Contract Management & DocumentationInternational Trade & Incoterms Compliance & Cross-functional Collaboration10+yrs of experience in procurement, sourcing or SCMExpertise in handling international suppliersFamiliarity with ERP and procurement software, knowledge of TCO, and experience implementing VA/VE initiatives
