Job Description

As a strategic and results-driven Sourcing Manager in Real Estate, your role will involve leading sourcing and procurement efforts for real estate assets and services. Your contributions will be crucial in supporting the company's expansion, optimizing costs, and managing vendor and landlord relationships. Key Responsibilities: - Lead sourcing activities for leases, acquisitions, and real estate services. - Negotiate commercial lease terms, service contracts, and vendor agreements. - Conduct market research, site evaluations, and cost-benefit analysis. - Manage RFPs, due diligence processes, and compliance documentation. - Collaborate effectively with Legal, Finance, Operations, and external brokers. - Drive initiatives focused on cost savings, contract performance, and strategic sourcing. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, or a related field; an MBA or certifications would be a plus. - Minimum of 6 months experience in real estate sourcing, procurement, or lease negotiation. - Possess strong market knowledge, negotiation skills, and vendor management experience. - Proficiency in understanding real estate financials and contract terms. - Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively manage stakeholders. Please note that this is a full-time, permanent position with the requirement of working in person at the designated work location.
