Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and well-organized Office Assistant to support daily office operations and provide a broad range of administrative and clerical support. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth functioning of the office, maintaining organized records, and assisting management and team members in various administrative tasks.
Administrative Duties:

Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments and respond to emails
Order and track office supplies and equipment
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
Ensure the office environment is tidy, professional, and well-organized
Assist in organizing company events, staff meetings, and training sessions
Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as needed
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information discreetly
Liaise with vendors, service providers, and building management
Assist team members and management with various ad hoc tasks and projects

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelors degree preferred
1–3 years of experience in an office or administrative support role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,487.31 - ₹30,000.00 per month
