Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sourcing Manager (Real Estate) role based in Navi Mumbai. The Sourcing Manager will be responsible for identifying and managing potential real estate development opportunities, negotiating with vendors, suppliers, and contractors, and ensuring efficient procurement processes. The role also includes conducting market research, managing budgets, and collaborating closely with internal stakeholders to achieve project objectives. The candidate will lead efforts to secure and manage partnerships that align with the company's vision.

Qualifications

• Experience in procurement, negotiations, and supplier/vendor relationship management in the real estate sector.
• Strong analytical and market research skills to identify and assess new opportunities.
• Solid understanding of budgeting, cost management, and contract negotiation.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in real estate regulations, legal procedures, and compliance requirements is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; a related master's degree is beneficial.
