Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Sourcing Manager with a strong Channel Partner (CP) network and exposure to ultra-luxury, highest-ticket-size projects. The ideal candidate should have deep market intelligence, strong CP relationships, and a proven ability to generate consistent high-value business.

Responsibilities:

• Build, manage, and expand a strong Channel Partner network in and surrounding premium micro-markets

• Activate and engage top-performing ultra-luxury CPs for highest-ticket inventory

• Drive consistent sourcing of high-net-worth (HNI/UHNI) clientele

• Conduct regular CP meetings, project briefings, and deal closures

• Act as the primary liaison between CPs and internal sales/closing teams

• Track sourcing performance, pipeline movement, and conversions

• Share market insights, competitor intelligence, and CP feedback with management

• Ensure strict adherence to company sourcing processes and CRM updates
