Sourcing Manager

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Sourcing: Lead all sourcing activities with external suppliers, communicate supply constraints, and support strategic initiatives in collaboration with Procurement Category Leads.
• Supplier Management: Manage supplier relationships, create robust supply agreements, and leverage market intelligence to mitigate risks and drive competitive advantage.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with internal stakeholders to understand their needs, set joint targets, and provide procurement expertise.

WHO YOU ARE:

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in science, engineering or business management
• Experience: Ideally relevant experience in Logistics / Supply Chain Experience with focus on strategic sourcing.
• Technical Skills: Ideally experience in procurement systems (e.g. Ariba) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Languages: Excellent proficiency in English is required; other languages are an advantage.
