Description
Key responsibility Project planning and execution Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets. Coordinate resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to ensure timely project execution. Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or issues, and take proactive measures to address them. Conduct regular project meetings to review status, resolve issues, and ensure alignment with project goals. Strategy development Work with business leaders to identify areas of developing a strategic roadmap for Project initiatives. Evaluate different technologies and solutions to determine the most suitable approach for each project. Assess the feasibility and potential ROI of projects and present recommendations to senior management. Stakeholder management Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across departments, including IT, operations, and finance. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide project updates, and address concerns. Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment with project objectives and priorities. Quality assurance and testing Define and implement quality assurance processes to ensure the reliability and accuracy of solutions. Coordinate testing activities, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing. Monitor and analyze test results to identify and address any issues or defects. Documentation and reporting Maintain comprehensive documentation for all projects, including project plans, requirements, design documents, and test reports. Generate regular progress reports and metrics to track project performance and communicate results to stakeholders and management. Qualification Bachelor s degree in engineering in Instrumentation / Electrical / Electronic / CS / Business Administration, or related field. Proven experience managing automation and IoT projects in a corporate environment. Strong project management skills, including the ability to develop and execute project plans, allocate resources, and manage budgets. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels. Solid understanding of automation technologies, including IOT projects. Experience with process optimization, continuous improvement methodologies, and change management.
